1. Coaching & Appointments

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refunded.

  • Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

2. Coaching Packages

  • Coaching is delivered in 4-week blocks.

  • Payments for coaching are non-refundable once the block has started.

  • If you wish to stop coaching, notice must be given before the next 4-week block begins.

3. Yoga Sessions & Classes

  • Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with sufficient notice (24 hours).

4. Retreats & Events

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If the full balance has been paid, refunds may be offered depending on notice given and costs already incurred.

  • Flow Life Collective Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events where necessary. In such cases, a refund or transfer will be offered.

5. General Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a service has been delivered.

  • All refund requests will be considered fairly and in line with this policy.
